Windshield Wipers

With a ball in each hand, dribble the balls directly in front of you from one side of your body to the other, so that they hit the floor in a "V" pattern. It's kind of like the windshield wipers on a car. It's Side to Side with 2 balls.

Pistons

With a ball in each hand, dribble with alternating dribbles directly in front of you about waist height. As you get comfortable, decrease the size of your dribbles down to about knee height, then ankle height. Without stopping, dribble back up to knee height, then harder up to waist height, then up to chest height.

2-Ball Front Circles

With a ball in each hand dribble small circles in front of you (like a pair of eyes.) Reverse the circles.

Dribble regularly with 1 ball while dribbling circles with the other. Reverse the direction of the circle dribbles. Swap hands.

High-Low

With a ball in each hand dribble one ball high and one ball low. Try different heights with each ball. Swap hands.
